PSG superstar Neymar was heard snubbing a reporter’s question about teammate Kylian Mbappe whilst on international duty.
The pair have a very hot and cold relationship, as explained by Mbappe himself. However, things seem to be moving towards the stage where the relationship is irreparable as the Brazilian was heard brushing over a certain question about Mbappe.
Neymar refused to comment on his relationship with the 23-year-old World Cup winner, with his body language and reaction to the question suggesting a genuine rift between the two.
Both players are involved in international fixtures this week, with Neymar helping Brazil ease past Ghana 3-0, and Mbappe bagging a goal for France in their 2-0 win over Austria on Thursday.
Kylian Mbappe has been in the headlines for the wrong reasons recently, including facing a potential lawsuit. However, the former Monaco star is stirring up some on-field issues as well, as he has been guilty of being selfish in front of goal this season. Mbappe has not assisted Messi or Neymar once in Ligue 1 this season, despite the Parisians averaging more than three goals per game. Mbappe and Neymar will need to put their differences aside if they’re to make history and lead PSG to UEFA Champions League glory this season, arguably their best ever chance at continental success.
