Sekhukhune in Registration Complaint

DStv Premiership side, Sekhukhune United, have put forward a complaint to the PSL against Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila over the failed deadline day signing of Tumi Ngwepe.

The 27-year old player in question was seen at the PSL offices on deadline day, but could not complete the transfer, and left without being registered due to so-called outstanding paperwork.

“Sekhukhune United Football Club has lodged a complaint against Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila Football Club with reference to a player Mr Daniel(Tumi) Ngwepe, on the basis that the respondent had failed to notify the league of the termination of their contract as contemplated in the rules of the league,” Zola Majavu said in his official audio statement.

“The complaint in accordance with the rules will be prosecuted by Sekhukhune United Football Club. The matter has been enrolled for hearing on the 27th of October 2022 at 18h00. Once the matter has been finalised before the PSL DC. I will provide you with the outcome update.”
