ThisIsFootball.Africa can confirm that Serigne Mamour Niang has officially signed for SuperSport United on a two year deal.
He is younger brother of former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Mame Niang and has completed his move to Matsatsantsa.
The 23 year old has been training with Hunts’ chargers for some time, since early December 2022.
The forward first played for Senegalese side Teungueth FC before moving to CNEPS Excellence in February 2022.
Niang played a pivotal role for Teungueth during the CAF Champions League, scoring two goals in six matches.
He is seen as a replacement for seasoned campaigner Thamsanqa Gabuza, who is reportedly expected to leave SuperSport United soon to join Stellenbosch FC.
