A PSL Club has found a new home. Motsepe Foundation Championship side Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, TTM, have started their journey from Limpopo to Bloemfontein.
This publication first learnt last week that TTM were in their last days of leaving the Limpopo Province. The club was waiting for approval from the Premier Soccer League, so that they could start moving to the Free State. TTM have already received a huge boost of players from the so-called mother club Royal AM.
Thohoyandou had become too expensive, nor could they find a suitable venue in Limpopo. The club has had financial troubles and they hope the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium in Mangaung will relax some of that strain.
TTM are currently in Mangaung, Bloemfontein. The team used Royal AM’s minibus to travel to a friendly match against ABC Motsepe league Free State side, FC Black Cross.
They have also lately been linked with head coach Duncan Lechesa, who could possibly join them as head coach in place of interim mentor Johnny Ferreira. Lechesa who is said to be unhappy at his current employer Polokwane City and already some weeks back, was said to be close to joining rivals Black Leopards.
With TTM situated in his home province, he may want to be closer to home. It can only be a matter of agreeing personal packages before signing to take over the coaching job at this newly relocated struggling side.
